　　在本季《超级飞侠12》中，超级飞侠依然会接收来自世界各地小朋友的电话，为小朋友定制他们需要的特别的东西，并将东西送到他们手上。当小朋友们遇到困难，乐迪会请求总部的帮助，超级飞侠将带来拥有各种属性的愿望能量球，和小朋友们一起摇身一变成为酷炫的愿望守护者，陪同小朋友一起解决问题。 而上一季新登场的三位超级飞侠新成员：恐龙飞机超级飞侠大壮、速食卡车超级飞侠糯糯、高速火车超级飞侠咚咚，也会在这一季中展示他们的过人之处。而当困难升级，超级基地也会变成超级机器人，跟超级飞侠一起陪小朋友们度过难关。
