影片开始，村木哲郎、加地和佐田是三个无所事事、寻衅滋事的青年，他们经常骑着摩托追逐拍拖的情侣，洗劫情侣们的钱财，强暴女性。这三名飞车党徒在疯狂追逐和骚扰一对开车的有钱夫妻，并把他们逼停在了高速公路边的荒野地里，在将丈夫洗劫一空后，哲郎带头轮奸了妻子。哲郎平时在工厂上班，有一个叫阿惠的高中生妹妹，他靠工作和抢劫帮助妹妹读书以及偿还父母留下的债务。一次在接阿惠回家时，他救了差点被加地侮辱的女高中生土屋名美，但却被加地和佐田认为不讲义气。为了重建自己的大哥威信，哲郎答应加地和佐田在火车站附近袭击土屋名美，但等他强迫完了土屋名美之后，却不肯再让另外两人碰她，三人因此彻底反目，而加地为了报复，更打算对阿惠下手
